Synopsis/Cast/Company

Information for The Hound of the Baskervilles at Brass Works Theatre (above Kingswood Heritage Museum), Bristol (Play). A classic Sherlock Holmes mystery set on a foggy and sinister moor. A beloved baronet lies murdered...Mysterious omens of doom are sent by unseen hands...An escaped psychopath brings reign of terror...A terrifying beast is glimpsed in the dead of night... Arthur Conan Doyle's classic has been re-written with a twist by local playwright Bruce Fellows following a competition at Bristol's leading writing group Southwest Scriptwriters. The show recreates the atmospheric darkness of a wintery Dartmoor in true theatrical style, with songs from the music hall age and, in it's biggest twist, a female Sherlock Holmes.
