Krzysztof Warlikowski's new production is based on the provocative text of Sarah Kane's Phaedra's Love, incorporating extracts from J M Coetzee's novel Elizabeth Costello, and fresh material from Lebanese-Canadian playwright Wajdi Mouawad.
