Information for Talawa Firsts at General, Outer London (Play). Talawa Theatre Company presents its second year of TALAWA FIRSTS. For three weeks Talawa's studio is a hub of activity as upcoming directors leaddevelopment workshops on the scripts of emerging writers, followed by a series of play readings and discussions. Curated by Artistic Director Michael Buffong, TALAWA FIRSTS aims to develop artists and to alert the public and industry to the wider range of diverse talent in the UK. This event takes place at Talawa Studios, Old Street, N1 6AH
