Synopsis/Cast/Company

Information for The Pied Piper at Half Moon Young People's Theatre, Inner London (Kids show). The townspeople in Hamelin have corrupted their world with greed and Five hundred years ago in the German town of Hamelin, a stranger strolled into town to help the people with their vermin problem. He offered to get rid of the rats and they agreed to give him a thousand guilders. He kept his part of the bargain, they didn't keep theirs. So he took their children in payment. This humorous and irresistible one person show combines a skilful mix of puppetry, foot-tapping live music and storytelling and will have audiences young and old entranced. Suitable for children aged 3-7 years.
