Based on events from performer/writer Vicky's own life and the experiences of fellow Latin American immigrants, Juana is the story of a young Mexican woman who arrives in London, armed with nothing but a single suitcase and dreams of love, success and happiness. A moving tale of survival, strength and hope. Intensely physical, darkly funny and ultimately heart-breaking, this new play with a live music score offers an eye-opening glimpse into what it can mean to be an immigrant in the UK today.
