Scarlett Shambles is the comic creation of musician and theatre-maker Charmaine Wombwell. The foundation of Wombwell's work is song, rhythm and physical storytelling, influenced by her training in physical theatre and her childhood, growing up with Deaf parents and the Deaf community.
