Information for Wind in the Willows at Malvern Theatres, Malvern (Kids show). Adventures around the riverbank. As well as the irresponsible Mr Toad, you can meet wise old Badger, the inquistive Mole, and the ever resourceful Ratty. The enchanting tale of river-folk is faithfully retold in Amelia Marriette's new adaptation of Kenneth Grahame's much loved story. The combination of nostalgia for the warmth and security of times gone by and the simple humour combined with lots of audience participation will be a certain hit. Mr Toad is in his element in this production, defending his rights as a car stealing, horn-tooting, tyre-burning speed freak. His friends, Ratty, Mole, Badger and Otter rescue him from the worst of his excesses and together the famous team save the riverbank from the hooligan, bullying, and weasels in a final battle Forum Theatre
