'Are you sitting comfortably? Then I'll begin.' Many people of a certain age will recognise this introduction to a famous radio programme - 'The Berceuse (cradle song) from Faure's Dolly Suite was used as the signature theme to the long-running programme 'Listen with Mother'. Our Relaxing Classics lunchtime concert teams Swindon born Clare Toomer and Paul Turner in an elegant and melodic programme with a distinct French flavour, the major works being Faure's Dolly Suite and Debussy's Petite Suite.
