The Clod Ensemble makes compelling work through the alchemy of theatre, music and physical comedy. In a promenade performance, the audience moves through a space that is at once medical laboratory, museum exhibit and gallery, where dancers are kept like specimens in glass containers. This dream-like walk takes characters out of their everyday life and frames their moments of solitude; examining human beings attempting, with varying success, to live within their limits.
