The Dorothy Fields' Song book is fondly remembered by a group of gorgeous women who bring to life her stunning lyrics. These friends and foes meet at ?Dorothy's, London's foremost hair salon, to gossip and put the world to rights in this musical revue. Laughter, love, sadness, and sympathy are just some of the emotions shared over the shampoo and tongs and in this wonderful evening of music and song to salute Broadway's finest lyricist. From the mid 1920's to her death in 1974 Dorothy worked as a lyricist and book writer with the finest composers in theatre and film including Jerome Kern, Cy Coleman, Irving Berlin and Harold Arlen. Her songs are timeless and in addition to the numerous hits from Sweet Charity number amongst them I Can't Give You Anything But Love, A Fine Romance and The Way You Look Tonight.
