Gabrielle Ducomble, singing in English and French, has delighted sold out audiences at Pizza Express; in the London Jazz Festival and Jazz Divas series at St.James Theatre, with her expressive and captivating style and a song style that really captures the meaning of the words. Claude Nougaro was a prolific French song writer. He brought together the spirit of French song in combination with Brazillian and jazz styles. He captured the joy and anguish of his native culture not only through performances of his music by many international musicians but subsequently his own recordings. He issued over 25 albums, nine of these of live performances across the last quarter of the 20th century
