Hannah Waddingham - An Intimate Cabaret Show archiveThe performance will be recorded live and be available as an album later this year. Most recently Waddingham was seen as Desiree Armfeldt in A Little Night Music both at the Menier Chocolate Factory and in the West End transfer in 2009. She has just been nominated for this year’s Olivier Award for Best Actress in a Musical for her performance. Hannah Waddingham’s other theatre credits include The Lady of the Lake in Monty Python’s Spamalot both in the West End and on Broadway (Olivier Award nomination) as well as Lautrec at the Shaftesbury Theatre, The Beautiful Game at the Cambridge Theatre, Tonight’s The Night at the Victoria Palace Theatre, A Chorus of Disapproval for Theatre Clwyd, Bad Girls the Musical for West Yorkshire Playhouse, Smokey Joe’s Café on tour in the UK and The Likes of Us for the Sydmonton Festival. Her television credits include My Hero, William and Mary, Coupling and Footballers’ Wives. Her film credits include How to Lose Friends and Alienate People, The Only Boy for Me and Note. Later this year she can be seen in the BBC 1 comedy My Family. Most recently the Menier Chocolate Factory has transferred A Little Night Music and La Cage Aux Folles to the West End; the former is currently playing on Broadway with Catherine Zeta -Jones, Angela Lansbury and Alexander Hanson, the latter will open on 18 April 2010 with Kelsey Grammer and Douglas Hodge in the leading roles. The current sold out production of Sweet Charity at the Menier Chocolate Factory is running until 07 March 2010
