Fresh from the North Pole, Santa is making a flying visit to The Victoria Hall in between getting ready for Christmas. With the help of one of his elves called Pip, Santa reveals his special toy circus, including one creation which is very precious to him but which he has never been able to finish because of the devious Mr Humbug. Will Santa be able to find that extra special ingredient he needs in order to finish his life's work? Will he succeed in thwarting Mr Humbug's evil plans and be in time to create the Spirit of Christmas?
