Zippos are a traditional circus that spend the summer months touring the country with their big top. Highly acclaimed as one of the best circus companies around, they were recently voted Britain's Best Big Top. Their hilarious clowns have also won awards and were voted Best Clown Troupe in 1999. One of their most famous clowns, Alexis, won the Best White Faced Clown award for the second time in 2000, becoming the only British clown ever to do so.

Production details
The layout of the Grand Hall lends itself perfectly to the circus idea. The performance will not take place on stage, but in a real circus ring in front of the stage, complete with trapeze, high wire and all the other essential circus ingredients.
