Zippos are a traditional circus that spend the summer months touring the country with their big top. Highly acclaimed as one of the best circus companies around, they were recently voted Britain's Best Big Top. Their hilarious clowns have also won awards and were voted Best Clown Troupe in 1999. One of their most famous clowns, Alexis, won the Best White Faced Clown award for the second time in 2000, becoming the only British clown ever to do so. Now in its fifth thrilling year, Cirque Berserk! returns to The Peacock to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the invention of circus, with a jaw-dropping spectacular that combines contemporary cirque-style artistry with adrenaline-fuelled stunt action.
