Andy performed his debut solo show, Andy Zalzman vs The Dog of Doom at the 2001 Edinburgh Festival which earned him a nomination for Perrier Best Newcomer. He recently appeared with Lee Mack, Jenny Eclair and John Moloney in the Edinburgh and Beyond FHM Comedy Tour 2001 and has stormed TV with appearances on The Stand Up Show (BBC1) and Edinburgh Comedy (BBC2). Mitch Benn is not only one of the most sought-after acts on the comedy circuit but is widely acknowledged as one of the best writer/performers of comic songs in the country. Mitch began his comedy career in Edinburgh in 1994 and is best known as a regular writer and performer for BBC Radio 4's The Now Show and Radio 2's It's Been a Bad Week.
