Ian Stone was born in North West London, the first born son of an average Jewish family. From an early age he was torn between pleasing his parents and having fun. Finally in 1991, fun won. He took his girlfriend's advice and stepped onto a stage. Today, Ian is one of the most sought after comedians on the comedy scene. Hitchcocks Half Hour - The formidable union of a short freak matinee idol and a crazy-faced loony-toon crooner, Tom Hillenbrand (sideburns) and Neil Cole (hair) are Hitchcocks Half Hour. Winners of the 1998 Hackney Empire New Act of the Year Award, their hour-long Edinburgh debut Psycho Vertigo Disco was a sellout. The boys work constantly on the live comedy circuit and have recently supported both Harry Hill and Ennio Marchetto.
