As the title suggests,
Men In Love, is a glorious silly dissection of men’s handling of love. The characters in Laurence & Gus’s brilliant world are far from commonplace - we encounter love in the eyes of a stalker and a Greek demi-god who has turned his girlfriend into a tree - however, all strike a cord. Delivered to us in five killer sketches, with a musical finale to Foreigner’s 80’s hit, I Want to Know What Love Is, that’s a bona fide hoot. Laurence & Gus’s own radio series will be broadcast on BBC Radio 4 early next year.
