Despite recent TV appearances on The Ruby Wax Show, The Rough Guide to Choreography and a Channel 4 mini series, no-one has yet named a pudding after Madame Galina. Undeterred, she returns to the striving to emulate the great Anna Pavlova. This time, Iestyn Edwards’ glorious creation - the Russian prima ballerina on a mission to educate the philistine Brits - brings us her undoubtedly highly-original take on the variety tradition and embarks on a search for local talent.
