What is Love Anyway? - T1300548933

Does anybody love anybody anyway? So asked insane, Welsh poet philosopher Howard Jones in 1983. Finally someone dares to answer. Having sorted out religion (Christ on a Bike), politics (Hitler Moustache) and penises (Talking Cock), the star of the award-winning podcast As It Occurs To Me and Radio 4's Richard Herring's Objective seeks to define and destroy love. Before love destroys him. Again. Does Richard's dry-cleaner genuinely love him? How could a romantic gesture involving Ferrero Rochers get dangerously out of control? Running time: 80mins plus interval

Oh F*ck, I'm 40 - T1997331003

This can't be happening! Just yesterday Richard Herring was 20 years old, it was 1987 and he had his whole life ahead of him. Then he blinked and bang - he's 40, it's 2007 and he's still single, he's never been married and he makes a living being childish and puerile to strangers in the dark.

The Twelve Tasks of Hercules Terrace - T1255462548

Richard Herring is going through a mid-life crisis. Taking inspiration from the bust of Hercules that graces the front of his house, he resolves to perform twelve arduous labours in the hope of feeling better about himself and proving that he is superior to the fictional Roman demi-God. Consequently, the cowardly and unfit comedian finds himself running the London Marathon, jumping out of a plane, dating fifty women in fifty consecutive nights and attempting to both kill the Loch Ness Monster and steal Germaine Greer's bra. Not suitable for children.

Talking Cock - T01234512549

It inspires lust, fear, awe and laughter. And yet, it is an object of shame and indecency. And though men may brag and exaggerate the truth about their little chap, they rarely talk about their feelings for it. Whilst women have been celebrating their sexuality in the world-wide smash The Vagina Monologues, men have been contorting their genitals into the shape of hamburgers in Puppetry of the Penis.
