On the Great Silk Road

Scottish traditional legends the Battlefield Band so enjoyed their trip to Uzbekistan in 2003 that they have invited four of the best Uzbek musicians to join them on their latest tour. On the Great Silk Road celebrates these two vibrant traditions, blending these great musicians and instruments together in beautiful style, and adding top class dancers. The result is an exciting, exotic and superbly entertaining mosaic of east and west.
