He's collaborated with the likes of Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, Neil Young, Otis Redding and we're proud to bring you his only UK club show, his first North East gig for 8 years and quite possibly the greatest music coup in ARC’s history! Best known for the aforementioned 1962 single Green Onions (recently voted the Greatest Single Of All Time by PopMatters.com), Booker T is as relevant and active today as he has even been - as proven by his Grammy Award for Best Instrumental Album in 2010 for Potato Hole, which he can add to the Lifetime Achievement Grammy he won in 2007.
