A wonderful evening of big band African Jazz and song, featuring the South African Jazz Project and the Brookfield Cluster Choir. This will be an evening of indigenous township songs featuring jive, swing and African street jazz. Find out more about the incredible work of the South African Jazz Project and learn more about the history of Africa through song. Hear the voices of the incredible massed choir featuring singers from Brookfield Community School, Locks Heath Junior School, Park Gate Primary School, Sarisbury Junior School, Hook with Warsash Primary School, St John the Baptist Primary School and St Anthony's Primary School, all led by our vocalist, Jenny Williams. This really will be an enthralling evening guaranteed to get your feet tapping and send you home singing some amazing and uplifting African melodies.
