Robin Williamson
Founder in the 1960s of the Incredible String Band and the Merry Band in the 1970s, Robin was at the forefront of the storytelling revival in America and Britain during the 1980s. He was the first to restore Celtic harp to its ancient use as spontaneous accompaniment to spoken word. He continues to tour internationally solo and as a duo with his wife Bina. He has made numerous records over his 50 year career, twice Grammy nominated, he has also composed a number of film and TV scores and written a number of books. He has been cited as an influence by the Beatles, Led Zeppelin and many contemporary new folk artists. Studio
