Rimsky-Korsakov's Easter Festival Overture, is dedicated to his compatriots and musical peers, Mussorgsky and Borodin. A delightful work with the occasional excerpt from Russian Orthodox liturgical chants. Former Young Musician of the Year Piano Class winner Erdem Misirlioglu will join the orchestra to play Grieg's Piano Concerto.
