local girl band Electrelane are performing live in the auditorium with special visuals on the big screen. It's an art-rock riot! Electrelane launch their new single 'Film Music' by tailoring a live set to their own visuals. Smart, unpredictable and totally individual, Electrelane have spent the last year redrawing the shapes that others have drawn around them. After label-hopping for a couple of singles, the group started Let's Rock! and recorded their Rock It to the Moon album. In a year's time, who knows what Electrelane will sound like. Right now, they have the dreamsound of a Neu! meets the Velvets supergroup as witnessed on the sprawling motorik wigout 'Mother'. Live, they're keeping it organic but everything comes into sharper focus.
