Ffynnon have established themselves as one of the foremost traditional Welsh music ensembles. Their repertoire is deeply rooted in the rhythms, language, folk traditions and landscapes of Wales and the Celtic countries with songs based on settings of 17th, 19th and 20th century poetry. Telling tales of the Welsh people's history - of conflict with the Anglo way of life, of a close connection with nature and wildlife - through traditional and new songs, Ffynon's song book is gentle and heart-achingly beautiful.
