Hari Haran is one of India's most celebrated playback singers and an award-winning collaborator with AR Rahman on film soundtracks. He is also one of India's foremost ghazal singers, with a string of best-selling albums including the double-platinum selling Gulfam and Aabshar-e-Ghazal, a collaboration with Asha Bhosle. As well as performing favourites from Bollywood films and his collaborations with AR Rahman, he presents a new collaboration with Bickram Ghosh on tabla and star percussionist Sivamani. Bickram Ghosh recently won the 2012 GIMA (Global Indian Music Awards) in the Best Pop/Rock Single category for his composition, Vande Mataram, featuring artists including Sonu Nigam, Shankar Mahadevan and Sunidhi Chauhan, and while Sivamani has himself worked with AR Rahman, Illyaraja and Zakir Hussain. In partnership with Darbar Arts Culture Heritage Trust.
