Kurt Weill (1990-1950), Composer: Best-known music theatre pieces - The Threepenny Opera, Rise and Fall of the City of Mahagonny, Lady in the Dark, One Touch of Venus, Street Scene, Lost in the Stars. Best-known songs: Mack the Knife, Surabaya Johnny, Alabama Song, Pirate Jenny, September Song, My Ship, Saga of Jenny, I'm a Stranger Here Myself, Sing Low.
