The Hohodza Band's unique sound mixes traditional and modern elements of music and style fused with a solid electric rhythm section combined with traditional instruments, the Mbira (hand piano), Marimba percussion, Hosho and skin on wood drums which give the band a unique flavour. Led by Portia Gwanzura, the Hodhodza band are joined by The Glamorous Dancing Queens, leaders in Zimbabwean traditional dancing.
