Hassadna - Chamber Orchestra
The UK concert debut of one of Israel s premier youth orchestras will be accompanied by the UK premiere of Beautiful Music, a remarkable and moving film about the relationship between a blind, mentally disabled and severely autistic Palestinian girl and her teacher, an orthodox Jewish pianist and composer. The evening, jointly sponsored by the Kinloss Learning Centre and the Jerusalem Foundation, features a rich and varied musical programme including Vivaldi s Concerto for Two Violins, Elgar and Tchaikovsky s Serenades for String Orchestra. An entertaining and moving evening to delight all lovers of beautiful music.
