T0 Irish singer and actress. A solo piano is perhaps the best of all accompaniments to the staggering voice of Mary Coughlan. Frequently compared to Billie Holiday, Mary Coughlan has a voice filled with passion, intensity and wondrous emotion. Her performance have a hint of the blues, but are nevertheless full of feeling and personal optimism.
