For three nights the Haymarket Studio becomes the Nubian Star Lounge, where the audience is invited to share a journey with Leicester African Caribbean Forum artists as they explore the notion of 'Soul Memories . The performers will reflect and celebrate Black people s history and culture through spoken word, poetry, drama, dance and music. Some of the artists featured include soul diva and dramatist Wendy Christian, poet and local Griot Wolde Selassie, the sublime poet Oscar Frank and the stunningly talented jazz songstress Mellow Austreih
