The Pontarddulais Male Choir was formed in 1960 under Noel Davies the conductor for 42 years. During this time the choir has asserted itself as a most credited ambassador of Welsh male voice singing. Their rise to prominence has risen through a record eleven first places at the Royal National Eisteddfod and in 2001 at the Llangollen International Eisteddfod they were winners of the prestigious male choir competition.

40 Anniversary concert. The musical repertoire of the choir includes music from light operettas, Welsh folk songs, hymns and popular ballads.
