Robert Hollingworth and I Fagiolini bring a radical reconstruction of Giovanni Gabrieli's colossal Magnificat, commemorating the 400th anniversary of its composer's death. Lodovico Viadana, a colleague of Monteverdi's in Mantua, published his forward-looking psalms in the year of Gabrieli's death. There will be no interval. Finish time approx. 23:30
