Since 1993 Ruth has performed regularly as a soloist in the UK in venues such as St George's in Bristol, The Space in the Greenwich Festival and Tate St Ives. Over this time Ruth has worked with many composers building up a repertoire of new works for the harp and was chosen to represent Wales on harp at the Kingdoms in Partnership Conference in Morocco during 1995. She plays harp on the BBC 2 series The History of Britain, and has composed and performed her own music for the 'Classic Serial' on Radio 4. Ruth's recital offers a rich and varied performance including pieces by Philip Glass, Graham Fitkin and Michael Parsons.
