Celebrating Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s 150th Anniversary featuring the Sherlock Violin (made by Edinburgh violin maker Steve Burnett of Edinburgh, from the tree that grew in the garden of Conan Doyle’s childhood home). This Gala Concert is in aid of SOS Children’s Villages’ Haiti Orphans’ Appeal. SOS Children’s Villages care for 78,000 orphaned children in 500 villages in 124 countries. Money raised will go towards long-term care of the Haiti orphans. www.soschildren.org
