Songs of an Unknown Writer is a concert of new musical songs by the exciting, talented yet relatively unknown Composer/Lyricist, Matthew Knowles. Talented local artistes perform songs from a wide range of Matthew s shows, including the award winning musical 'Lifts' , the dark modern fable 'Miranda', the sharp, witty 'Leaves on the Line' and Matthew s new one-woman show, 'Caviar & Chips' - the story of Sadie Tara-Thompson (played by Kirstie Kober), a rich Daddy s girl who falls on hard times. This concert will be a rare treat for all lovers of Musical Theatre, and an exciting chance to get to know the work of this unknown writer a little better. (Some of the songs contain strong language)
