Up and coming funky talents Sound of Rum (getting seriously popular) headline in a free gig from Joe Strummer’s Strummerville Foundation. The River Rat Pack is an entirely unique concept, that takes a group of talented, upcoming musicians on three barges to live for a week and cruise from London to Oxford playing free gigs all the way (Mumford & Sons played last year!)
