T0 John Doonan is the godfather of Irish music on Tyneside, and the family is carrying on the fine tradition begun in the early 1900s when they moved to Hebburn from their native Ireland. Respected all over the world, the band is completed by sons Kevin and Michael, together with Stu Luckley and Phil Murray.
