The Last of Stilgoe and Skellern
T0196960059
After fifteen years on the road, you would be forgiven for thinking that you'd finally seen the last of the infamous double act that is Richard Stilgoe and Peter Skellern. Following their hugely successful
A Quiet Night Out tour in 1999, Richard and Peter officially retired from performing together to concentrate on composing, grandchildren and other equally worthwhile pastimes. However, the saying goes 'you can't keep a good man down' and as if to prove the point (and that they are still alive and capable of remembering an entire verse together), this year they return to the stage to give us a final opportunity (allegedly) to hear many of their well-loved songs and undoubtedly a few new masterpieces on this, their second Farewell.
