Tom McConville - internationally renowned singer and fiddle player and BBC Musician of the Year 2009 - is joined by the talented Jane and Phil Waites in this uplifting musical romp. With the Pennines as the hub, this show musically links Scotland and the Borders in the north, Ireland to Appalachia out west then back over the moors as far east as...er, South Shields. These highly accomplished performers deliver songs, tunes and some amazing solo clog step dancing, with material ranging from dustbowl ballads, bluegrass and high-energy Celtic music. This is all delivered with an inimitable sense of humour!
