The concert pays tribute to the modern drumset superstars and pioneers including, but not limited to, Joe Morello, Gena Krupa, Louie Bellson and Max Roach. There is a special tribute to Buddy Rich ? internationally renowned as the world s greatest drummer. Two former members of Buddy Rich s original line-up, saxophonists Bob Martin and Jay Craig, perform with Pete Cater s Big Band. Butterworth Hall
