Five West End soloists sing 40 numbers from the twenties and thirties right through to the current West End successes. Jessie Matthews, Noel Coward, Alice Faye, Betty Grable and early Howard Keel are featured. Barrie Stacey narrates and tells many amusing backstage stories as he has presented many major stars including Ruby Murray, John Hanson, Frankie Howard, Bob Monkhouse, Kathy Kirby, The Bachelors and many more.
