Timeless - T01100465883

Classic and contemporary Indian dance are brought together to explore the idea of time. Made up of seven male and female dancers, the Aditi Mangaldas Dance Company uses classical Indian Kathak dance, together with percussion and vocals, to produce a richly textured and multilayered dance production. Driven by rich, earthy and rhythmic sounds, the dancers almost fly through each other, swirl and stamp their bare feet to the beating of the drums. They form groups and disintegrate them again in an exotic mixture of speech, sounds and movement that explores the universal themes of time and space.
