Loose in Flight/Fix/Rush
Loose in Flight - Exploring new dance territory with a driving score by Angie Atmadjaja. This short solo piece is a 'feisty and seamless mix' (Time Out) of Kathak and contemporary dance.
Fix - In Fix, another short solo, Khan's response to music by Nitin Sawhney is a cascading chain reaction of narrative emotion, drawing its energy from Sufism's whirling dervishes.
Rush - utilises the talents of composer Andy Cowton and lighting designer Michael Hulls to investigate the notion of falling. Dancers perform daredevil, delicate and sensuous sequences.
