Bhakti means 'to share' and this performance represents the work of contemporary poets, in Kathak and Bharata Natyam dance forms, performed by leading exponents Nilima Devi and Dr Geeta Upadhyay. Highlighting the key nritta and nritya aspects of north and south Indian classical ldance, the evening includes a specially commissioned performance by young dancers from Leicester of the Indian classical disciplines. The evening will include a performance of Angika's new work Ether, also featuring music by MIDival PunditZ.
