Following sell-out performances at the 2008 Edinburgh Fringe Festival, the Barbican brings Balé de Rua’s thrilling show to London. This Brazilian dance and music spectacular features an exhilarating blend of capoeira, hip hop and Afro-Brazilian percussion. 15 dancers trace the country’s history from its African roots to contemporary Brazil in a life-affirming performance that will have audiences on their feet.
