Inspired by Primo Levi's book The Periodic Table, The Chitraleka Dance Company have retold the story of the carbon atom using Indian dance forms. Carbon is the key element of living substances but its entry into the living world is complicated and must follow an obligatory path to be a part of the chain of life. This has been the inspiration for the unique dance piece that links the complex interaction between human beings and natural science.
