'Connexions' explores how communication has changed from simple villlage in India to the telecommunications age of the modern world. Using Kathak, folk music-poetry and voice improvisation with a rhythmic and dynamic score, this new piece both celebrates and questions the development in our lifestyles. In 'Connexions' the boundaries of the classical form have been 'stretched' to embrace the contemporary theme.
